These Terms and Conditions apply to all teacher training programs, workshops, and educational offerings organized by YogiLovers Mallorca, operated by YogiLovers GmbH. By enrolling in any YogiLovers Mallorca Teacher Training, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to provide clear and fair guidelines regarding enrollment, payments, cancellations, and refunds for YogiLovers Mallorca Teacher Training Programs. They are designed to protect the interests of both trainees and the school by ensuring transparency, financial clarity, and mutual understanding prior to the start of the training.

2. Enrollment and Booking
Enrollment in a YogiLovers Mallorca Teacher Training becomes binding once a booking has been completed via our website and booking platform and confirmed in writing. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the required deposit.

3. Tuition Fees and Payments
The total tuition fee is stated on the respective training page. To secure a place in the program, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tuition fee is required. The deposit is credited toward the total tuition balance. The remaining balance must be paid no later than four (4) weeks before the program start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in the loss of the reserved place in the training.

4. Refund Policy (Yoga Alliance Compliant)

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tuition fee is required to secure a place in the program. The deposit is credited toward the total tuition balance. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of admission denial or three (3) day cancellation.

Admission Denial
If an applicant is not accepted into the program, all payments made will be refunded in full, including any deposits or registration fees that would normally be non-refundable. In such cases, 100% of all amounts paid will be returned within 30 days.

Three (3) Day Cancellation
Trainees who cancel their enrollment within three (3) business days of confirming their booking—whether booked directly with YogiLovers Mallorca or through a partner platform such as BookYogaTeacherTraining—are entitled to a full refund of all payments made, including deposits and registration fees. This unconditional refund is only valid if the cancellation request is submitted in writing (e.g. by email) within the three-day period. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

Cancellation Before Program Start
For cancellations received more than 30 days before the program start date, YogiLovers Mallorca will retain the 25% deposit as a cancellation fee. Any additional payments made will be refunded in full. For cancellations received within 30 days of the program start date, trainees are responsible for 50% of the total tuition fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded. Deposits remain non-refundable but may be transferred to a future YogiLovers Mallorca Teacher Training at the discretion of the Program Director.

Refunds After Program Start Date
There are no refunds after the program start date. Trainees who withdraw after the training has begun remain responsible for the full tuition fee, regardless of partial payments already made.

Program Cancellation by YogiLovers Mallorca
YogiLovers Mallorca reserves the right to cancel a training program under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen teacher unavailability, or events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. If the program is cancelled before the start date, all payments made, including deposits, will be refunded in full. If the program is cancelled after it has begun, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the program. As an alternative to a refund, trainees may choose to transfer their payment to a future YogiLovers Mallorca Teacher Training of equal value. YogiLovers Mallorca is not responsible for additional costs incurred by trainees, such as travel, accommodation, or visa expenses. Trainees are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.

5. Participation and Responsibility
Participation in the training is at the trainee’s own responsibility. Trainees confirm that they are physically and mentally able to participate in yoga practices and educational sessions.

6. Acknowledgment
By enrolling in a YogiLovers Mallorca Teacher Training, trainees confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Refund Policy, and acknowledge the financial commitments associated with the program.
