Food from Heaven
At YogiLovers Mallorca, food is an essential part of the experience. Our kitchen is rooted in vegan, regional Mallorcan cuisine, using fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables sourced locally whenever possible. Every meal is prepared with care, awareness, and respect for the body.
Our experienced retreat chefs create nourishing and flavorful menus that support the intensity of the practice while remaining light, balanced, and deeply satisfying. During our Teacher Trainings, participants enjoy a rich and energizing breakfast, a light and grounding lunch, and theme-inspired dinners that change throughout the training, creating variety and inspiration day by day.
Our cuisine is primarily vegan, while also respectfully including vegetarian options. As the trainings can be physically and mentally demanding, we place great importance on proper nourishment and protein intake. Vegetarian participants may enjoy organic eggs from Mallorca at breakfast upon request. For our vegan participants, we ensure sufficient protein through a conscious and well-balanced selection of ingredients such as high-quality whole grains, legumes, fresh vegetables, and seasonal fruits, carefully combined to fully support the body.
To complement the meals, we serve fresh local juices, including Mallorca’s famous orange juice, and offer Ayurvedic teas throughout the day. Our kitchen is not only about food, but about nourishment, balance, and creating a supportive foundation for deep practice, learning, and transformation.
