What you'll Learn
Foundations of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga
You will build a solid foundation in both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, understanding their roots, intentions, and differences. The training supports you in developing a steady personal practice while learning how to translate these traditions into modern teaching.

Asana Alignment and Safe Practice
You will study precise asana alignment and learn how to teach safely and sustainably. The focus lies on body awareness, individual differences, and intelligent adjustments that support long-term practice and injury prevention.

Intelligent Sequencing
You will learn how to create meaningful yoga sequences with clear structure and purpose. This includes thoughtful progression, peak pose logic, energetic flow, and adapting sequences for different levels and needs.

Anatomy for Yoga Teachers
You will gain a practical understanding of functional anatomy relevant to yoga. The training connects movement, breath, and the nervous system, helping you teach with clarity, confidence, and embodied awareness.

Yoga Philosophy and Ethics
You will explore the philosophical foundations of yoga, including classical texts and ethical principles. This part supports you in reflecting on your role as a yoga teacher and living the practice both on and off the mat.

Teaching Methodologies and Class Design
You will learn effective teaching methodologies and how to design yoga classes with intention and coherence. This includes class structure, theming, pacing, and creating a supportive learning environment for your students.

Voice, Cueing, and Presence
You will develop your teaching voice and learn clear, conscious cueing. The training supports you in cultivating presence, authenticity, and confidence, allowing you to guide students with clarity and ease.
​Requirements for Participation
There are no requirements for participation. A regular yoga practice is recommended, along with an open heart and a genuine curiosity to explore yoga on a deeper level. This training welcomes dedicated practitioners who feel called to learn, grow, and immerse themselves in the experience of yoga as a holistic path.
Graduation & Certification
Upon successful completion of the 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training you will receive a Yoga Alliance–recognized 200h Yoga Teacher Certificate. This certification allows you to register as RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance and marks an important step on your path as a yoga teacher.
Graduation requires full participation in the training as well as the successful completion of a written and a practical exam. These assessments support the integration of knowledge experience and teaching skills and ensure that graduates feel confident prepared and grounded as they step into teaching.
