| Step into the next level|

What is this course about?

This advanced course is designed for yoga teachers who wish to bring deeper meaning, clear intention, and conscious awareness into their teaching. It supports teachers who are ready to move beyond standard sequencing and technique and refine their presence, clarity, and authenticity.

The training explores conscious teaching, intentional space holding, and authentic expression, while also addressing the realities of the modern yoga business. It is created for teachers who want to grow professionally without compromising depth, integrity, or their personal values.

What you'll Learn

The Conscious Teacher

This module invites you to explore your role as a yoga teacher on a personal, professional, and collective level. You will reflect on who you are, where you stand in life and teaching, and how historical context, collective consciousness, and modern possibilities shape your work. Topics include Humanology as the science of being human, the varieties of yoga, and Dharma as alignment with your higher self. You will clarify your values, refine your authentic teacher identity, and develop your voice as a confident and conscious leader.

Ethics & Professional Identity

You will explore different definitions of a yogi, the identity of a yoga teacher, professional standards, and the ethical responsibilities of teaching. The module includes reflection on the teacher’s oath and integrity in modern yoga spaces.

Conscious Class Design

You will focus on creating meaningful yoga classes with clarity and intention. The content explores essential class structure, energy flow, embodied asana teaching, and the nervous system while working consciously with the four energies of earth, water, air, and fire.

You will learn how to open and close a class with awareness, set clear intentions, and align mantra, music, meditation, and chakra-based themes to create coherent and impactful class experiences.
