Our Teachers
Guiding You with Experience, Presence & Heart
Our international lead teachers bring many years of experience, a deep love for yoga, and a truly lived connection to the practice. Their journeys have taken them through diverse trainings and long periods of study and leading yoga teacher trainings in India, Bali, Thailand, South America and across Europe. They teach with presence, humility and heart — creating a supportive and inspiring space where you feel seen, encouraged and gently guided on your own path of growth, both as a practitioner and as a teacher.
Alexandra van Schaik
Alexandra is a dedicated and passionate holistic yoga teacher who describes herself in two words: Smiling Presence. She believes that facilitating presence and human connection lies at the heart of every practice, whether it’s a regular class, a retreat, or an in-depth yoga teacher training. She skillfully weaves together her knowledge to help students explore and understand the true essence of yoga. Her classes are soulful, sometimes challenging, yet always centered on alignment, compassion, and individualized adaptations—ensuring that each student finds their own unique path in their practice. She holds certifications in Ashtanga 200H, Vinyasa 500H, and Yin Yoga 100H, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her teaching. Her holistic approach is grounded in the belief that yoga is a journey through many roads and landscapes. These landscapes, whether joyful or challenging, offer invaluable insights and new perspectives on life. In 2020, she expanded her work by becoming a holistic life coach, inspired by the four foundational pillars she integrated into her own life: Movement, Nutrition, Breathwork, and Meditation. Yoga is far more than a physical practice; it is a way of life, enriched by daily habits born from ritual—and rituals born from daily life. In short, more than ten years ago, leaving behind a degree in hospitality and tourism management to become a full-time yoga teacher felt like the right decision for her. “Teaching yoga is more than a passion; it is a gift I have received and deeply cherish. Choosing to share this gift has been one of the best decisions of my life.”

Bine Steenaerts
For many years, Beena lived a partially nomadic life between India and Düsseldorf. Now her homebase is Barcelona. What began with training as a sports and fitness manager grew over the years into a deep passion for Yoga, movement, touch and awareness. Through travelling and stays in countries such as India, Laos, Mexico and Sri Lanka, she was able to gain countless experiences and complete valuable trainings and further education. Today, she is teaching as a E-500RYT Yoga teacher trainings, Retreats, Workshops, educational leaves, online classes and much more with passion. In doing so, she wants to share a little of the serenity, love and, above all, "HapBiness" that life has given to her. Driven by the desire to make the world a little brighter and more beautiful. For her, teaching means opening up spaces: for movement, encounters and genuine feeling. Whether online or onsite, it's about creating moments of presence and connection. Besides flowing on the mat herself, she loves being in nature, especially close to the ocean. Whenever she can dance, laugh, be active and surrounded by friends, Beena is in her happy place – where she wishes everyone else to be too!
Kathrin Seidl
Kathrin Seidl is a seasoned yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher with a deep connection to holistic wellbeing and conscious living. Growing up surrounded by nature in Austria profoundly shaped her lifelong commitment to harmony between body, mind, and environment.
She has trained extensively in Yoga Nidra and Ayurveda, and brings many years of experience guiding individuals into states of deep rest, self-inquiry, and inner transformation. Kathrin’s teaching is grounded, nurturing, and rooted in both traditional wisdom and lived, embodied experience.
Through her work, she creates safe and supportive spaces that invite practitioners to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with their innate capacity for healing, balance, and awareness.

Evy de Malche
Evy approaches yoga with curiosity, presence, gentle boundary-expansion, growth, and a sense of lightness and humor. Her yoga journey began over ten years ago when a stiff back from long hours at a desk led her to the mat. After completing her first teacher training in Thailand in 2019, she discovered the depth and transformative power of yoga and began to explore the practice more deeply.
Since then, Evy has completed over 800 hours of training in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Pilates, Sound, and Reiki. Through teaching in a wide variety of settings — including studios, outdoor spaces, retreats, and festivals — she has learned that yoga and the art of teaching are not about perfection, but about presence, authenticity, and the willingness to explore one’s own path.
Her teaching style balances structure and playfulness, movement and stillness, as well as clear guidance with space for personal experience. Within this training, Evy will guide the Yin Yoga and Sound modules, supporting participants in deepening their understanding of slow, mindful practice and exploring how sound can enhance presence, relaxation, reflection, and transformation.
Her intention is to create a supportive and open learning environment in which participants feel encouraged to explore, practice, ask questions, and gradually develop their own authentic teaching voice.
Alice RADhA
Alice is a yoga teacher, mantra practitioner, and musician whose work is rooted in sound, devotion, and embodied spiritual practice. Born and raised in Germany, her path was shaped early on by music, with many years of classical piano and vocal training forming the foundation of her teaching.
After working in the international music and lifestyle industry and traveling extensively across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, Alice felt called to explore a more conscious way of living. This inner search led her to yoga and to India, where she completed her 200h and 300h Advanced Sivananda Yoga Teacher Trainings and received the spiritual name Radha.
Her teaching is inspired by Hatha Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, mantra, and kirtan, and is grounded in traditional yogic philosophy and lived experience. In addition, she completed a 50h Yin Yoga training in Andalucía.
Today, Alice offers yoga classes, kirtans, mantra and harmonium workshops, retreats, as well as 50h Mantra Yoga and Tantra Yoga Teacher Trainings in Germany and internationally.

stephan Breitenbach
Stephan is the Studio & Operations Manager at THE HIVE yoga. community in Hamburg — the official partner studio of YogiLovers and an integral part of its growing international yoga community. THE HIVE is a place where yoga is not only practiced, but truly lived.
As a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher (375h), Stephan offers dynamic and powerful classes that are both physically challenging and heart-opening. His teaching is rooted in presence, depth, and a clear intention: to share yoga not merely as physical movement or relaxation, but as a holistic way of life.
With great care and dedication, he weaves together asana practice with pranayama (breath control) and nada (sound — including music, chanting, and harmonium), grounding his classes in ancient yogic traditions and classical texts. This creates a space in which body, breath, mind, and spirit are invited to come into harmony.
His aim is to support students in integrating yoga as a way of living — a path toward greater awareness, connection, and inner freedom. At the heart of his work lies community: THE HIVE yoga. community, as part of the YogiLovers Group, is more than a yoga studio. Together, the community is cultivating a vibrant and conscious space in Hamburg that reconnects with yoga’s original intention — unity, connection, and compassion.
