7 DAYS| 12.09. - 18.09.2026
| Go beyond the asana. Teach with heart, authenticity and profound wisdom |
What is this course about?
This 50-hour module is essential for teachers who wish to enrich their classes with spiritual depth, powerful theming, and the magnetic energy of Kīrtan. Learn how to weave the Kingly Science of Bhakti into every teaching moment.
The course includes an in-depth exploration of Mantra Science and Nāda Yoga, as well as a practical mantra repertoire with chanting, harmonium, and rhythm introduction. You will study energetic and functional anatomy with a focus on Anāhata, the vagus nerve, and the parasympathetic nervous system.
Participants learn how to design and teach Bhakti-based yoga classes that emphasize heart-opening practices, storytelling, and mantra integration. The training also includes Bhakti meditation, rituals, and pranayama, alongside selected text studies from the Bhagavad Gītā and the Nārada Bhakti Sūtras.
Further topics include the historical context of the Bhakti movement and a detailed exploration of the mythology and spiritual significance of central Bhakti deities. Teaching skills are refined through theming, sequencing, storytelling, and Kīrtan leading, supported by practical teaching labs and practicum sessions in Bhakti-themed class segments and Kīrtan.
