| Master the Art of yogic sleep |
What is this course about?
The advanced Yoga Nidra training is for teachers who already have a minimum of one year teaching experience of Yoga Nidra. The focus of this training is to provide you with more knowledge, practice spaces and skills to write your own Yoga Nidra visualizations. You will have a safe space to bring your teaching to the next level and try things out under the experienced feedback of your teacher and co-students. You will be given different tasks to allow your teaching to become more lively and filled with different sense experiences, affirmations and experiences of opposites. At the same time you will be guided into more advanced Yoga Nidra practice sessions by our experienced teacher. The focus of this session is on the longterm goal of Yoga Nidra: Chitta Shuddi, the purification of the mind. The practice is aimed at helping us break through the illusion we experience life with, guiding is back home to Oneness. By the end of the training you will not only have traveled deeper into your own subconscious and encouraged healing and transformation of your own life, you will also have the knowledge and skills to provide this profound healing container to your own students while guiding them in Yoga Nidra.

What you'll Learn
This advanced module offers an in-depth exploration of the art and science of Yoga Nidra, with a strong focus on creating refined, immersive, and therapeutically effective visualizations. You will learn how to work skillfully with the chakra system, weaving energetic awareness into the practice while expanding and deepening the five classical stages of Yoga Nidra in a creative, precise, and structured way.
The training explores the profound effects of Yoga Nidra on the brain and nervous system, including states of deep relaxation, neuroplasticity, and stress regulation. You will gain a clear understanding of how Yoga Nidra influences brain waves and the autonomic nervous system, and how to guide students safely into these states with clarity and confidence.
A special emphasis is placed on the conscious and intentional use of sound, rhythm, silence, and language. You will explore how voice, tone, pacing, and subtle pauses shape the inner experience of the practitioner and support deeper states of awareness.
While working with traditional and contemporary Yoga Nidra scripts as a foundation, you will be guided toward developing your own authentic teaching voice. The module encourages creativity, integrity, and embodiment, supporting you in crafting Yoga Nidra journeys that are both technically sound and deeply personal. By the end of this training, you will feel confident in adapting Yoga Nidra to different contexts, intentions, and groups while honoring the depth and tradition of the practice.
