We process personal data when you make a booking via Eversports, participate in a workshop, class, or teacher training, or contact us by email or via a contact form. The collected data is used exclusively for contract fulfillment, communication, and the organization of our events

4. Bookings and Payments via Eversports
For booking and payment processing, we use the external booking system Eversports (Eversports GmbH, Heiligenstädter Straße 31, 1190 Vienna, Austria). Eversports processes personal data solely for booking processing and on behalf of YogiLovers GmbH. Further information can be found in the Eversports Privacy Policy.

5. Communication by Email
If you contact us by email, your information will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and possible follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.

6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed via the Eversports booking system or on-site via MasterCard/Visa (debit or credit card). Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
